Gold Market Context

Gold is in a
structural bull market.

Central bank accumulation and safe-haven demand have driven gold to repeated all-time highs since 2024. Tanzanian small-scale producers with low-cost structures, like Archimidas, are positioned to capture strong margins in this environment.

Gold Spot Price
$4,782
↑ +45% in 2025 · Near all-time highs
Gold has set over 50 new all-time highs since 2024, driven by central bank buying and safe-haven demand.
Central Bank Demand
863t
↓ Moderated from 2024 peak · Still 4th-highest year on record
Central banks bought 863t in 2025, still the 4th-highest year on record despite easing from the 2022–2024 peak.
Tanzania Gold Output
> 60t
↑ Record output · 2024–2025
Tanzania is Africa's fourth-largest gold producer. Gold exports rose 37% to $4.7B in 2025, driven by record national output.
Mining Operations

From ore body
to refined gold.

Our five-stage gold processing operation takes gold trapped in the earth's crust and turns it into a refined, sellable product.

On the Ground
Our team is actively building our first mine shaft on site, along with the infrastructure to support our team and processing zone area.
01
Drilling & Blasting
Precise drilling and controlled blasting breaks up lode deposits. Blasting dust is properly ventilated out of the mine shaft and ore is left to settle overnight.
02
Primary Crushing
Chunks of rock and ore are retrieved and mechanically crushed into smaller fragments.
03
Secondary Milling
A steel-ball mill grinds the crushed ore into a fine powder, maximizing surface area.
04
VAT Leaching
The powdered ore is placed into sealed Vat (Vat Acid Treatment) tanks with a mineral leaching solution over a 14-day cycle.
05
Gold Recovery & Export
Gold is recovered and refined into doré, a semi-pure alloy of gold and silver ready for final refining.

Revenue Model

Strong margins.
Real returns.

At current gold spot prices, our vertically integrated processing model generates strong net monthly margins after all operating costs and statutory charges. Gold is sold directly to the Bank of Tanzania at prevailing market rates, one of the most cost efficient offtake structures available to small scale producers globally.

What drives the model
Vertically integrated processing
Gold sold directly to the Bank of Tanzania at the prevailing market spot price, reducing import/export taxes and fees
Revenue scales directly with gold spot price and throughput
Risks & Considerations

Grounded in reality.
Not just upside.

Archimidas is a pre-production, small-scale gold mining operation. Phase I and Phase II are complete and funded. Mine shaft construction is underway on site; first production has not yet occurred and is expected in the coming months.

There is currently no independently verified (JORC or NI 43-101) resource estimate for this concession. The figures and projections throughout this site are model outputs based on stated assumptions, not guarantees of future performance. We believe presenting the risks plainly, alongside the opportunity, is part of operating with integrity.

Grade & Resource Estimate
Our mill feed grade assumption is a planning estimate benchmarked against regional analogs and our own field data, not an independently verified resource. Actual results may vary.
Recovery Performance
Modeled recovery rates are based on comparable processing methods. Actual recovery depends on ore characteristics and equipment performance once production begins.
Gold Price Sensitivity
Projected returns are directly tied to the market price of gold, which is volatile and outside our control.
Timeline Risk
Construction and production timelines are estimates. Delays can occur due to equipment procurement, weather, or on-site conditions common to small-scale operations.

Common Questions

Answers to the
right questions.

What exactly does Archimidas own and operate?
+

Archimidas Limited is a Tanzanian registered company holding Primary Mining Licence PML••••MBY in Chunya District, Mbeya Region. The license grants us the legal right to mine and export gold from the concession. We are building out a vertically integrated processing operation including jaw crushing, ball milling, and VAT leach gold recovery, with all output sold directly to the Bank of Tanzania.

How is gold sold and how are revenues collected?
+

Initially, we plan to sell our gold directly to the Bank of Tanzania (BOT), which removes export risk. In the future, we can expand to exporting to international locations. All gold sold domestically to the BOT is paid out into our company bank account directly from the government.

What stage is the operation currently at?
+

We have completed Phase I and Phase II, the concession acquisition is fully funded, the Primary Mining License is secured, and Phase II mine development capital is in place. We are currently well underway building our first mine shaft on site, along with the infrastructure to support our team and processing zone area. First production is expected in the coming months. We are now exploring Phase III, focused on advanced processing, additional mining shafts, and expanding our processing infrastructure to accelerate our timeline.

Is Phase III currently raising capital?
+

We are open to different financing and investment offers. The company is currently evaluating options for our next funding rounds to scale operations.

Can I verify the operation before committing?
+

Yes, and we encourage it. Qualified investors are welcome to visit the Chunya concession in person to verify the license, meet the on-ground team, and see the operation firsthand.

Why Tanzania, and why Chunya District specifically?
+

Tanzania is Africa's fourth-largest gold producer and has a well-established legal framework for foreign-held mining licenses. Chunya District in the Mbeya Region has a long history of artisanal and small scale gold production with proven ore bodies. The regulatory structure, including the BOT offtake program, gives operators a clear, institutionally supported path to monetize production. Operating costs in the region are also significantly lower than comparable operations in North America or Australia.

Do you have an independent resource report (JORC / NI 43-101)?
+

Not yet. Our current grade and production assumptions are planning estimates based on our own field data and benchmarking against comparable, independently verified operations in the same goldfield, not an independently verified resource report for this specific concession. A JORC or NI 43-101 report is a funded objective of Phase III and represents a key milestone on the path to institutional-scale capital. We disclose this directly because it's a fair question to ask before committing.

What is the minimum investment and how do I get started?
+

We have several ways to scale operations which allow us to work with different investment sizes. Most importantly, this depends on the type of investor and deal structure that is agreed upon with Archimidas.
